This site is operated as part of the Ascend Web Platform drill program and is intended for demonstration and development purposes.

Intake Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organization (optional), self-identified role, stated price range, target area, service need, preferred contact window, and the narrative summary you provide.

Automatically Collected Data

We collect standard server logs including IP address, user agent, and page-level analytics events (page views, form submission attempts). We do not use third-party tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or fingerprinting techniques.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To route your inquiry to a licensed agent for review and follow-up
• To apply automated content screening that flags sensitive or out-of-scope content before human review
• To maintain an audit log of intake activity for compliance and quality review
• To improve our intake process and website functionality

We do not use your submission data to train AI models. All substantive decisions — including whether and how to follow up — are made by licensed human agents.

4. Governed Intake & Legal Screening

All form submissions pass through an automated screening layer that detects content outside the scope of real estate services — including attorney-client communications, health information, financial account data, and government identification numbers. Submissions triggering these screens are flagged for specialist routing or returned to the sender. This screening is a content-safety control, not a substantive legal determination.

5. Data Retention

Intake submissions are retained under a short retention / human review label. Data is not retained beyond the period necessary for the agent follow-up cycle. Analytics events contain no personally identifiable information and are retained in aggregate form.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share intake data with: (a) licensed agents affiliated with RealPath Realty for the purpose of following up on your inquiry; (b) the Ascend Nexus platform operator for intake routing and audit logging; (c) law enforcement or regulators when required by law. We do not share your data with real estate portals, lead aggregators, or marketing platforms without your explicit consent.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted data by emailing us at the contact address on the Contact page. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS with Cloudflare security headers enforced. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Sensitive content patterns are blocked at the intake layer before storage. No system is perfectly secure; please do not submit highly sensitive personal data through this web form.

9. Real Estate–Specific Notices

This website does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Agency relationships are not created by submitting this form. Dual agency arrangements — where RealPath represents both buyer and seller — are disclosed in writing before they occur. Fair housing laws are strictly observed; no property search guidance is provided based on protected characteristics.
